If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Platform and/or the Services. Your continued use of the Platform and/or the Services constitutes your acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.

Definitions:

"Website/Platform" refers to the Capsjo Platform and has the same meaning as stated above.
"User" refers to the platform's user as well as the service provider, taking into account all expressions that lead to that.
"Digi2Gold Services Company" - Jordan's Hashemite Kingdom, Amman, and all expressions leading to that are considered.
"Application" refers to the mobile application.
"User Information" refers to the information and data that you provide to us via the Platform.
"Users" refers to Platform users who provide services or service providers on Capsjo: "individuals or organizations," or service recipients, or as the context indicates.
"Content" refers to any reviews, comments, messages, data, personal information, text, music, sound, alert, image, graphic, video, code, or other material transmitted to/or displayed by the Platform directly and displayed on the Application or through a third-party website.
"Interactive Areas" refers to bulletin boards, events, or other features provided by the Platform that you or others use to post content, use the Platform, and display it directly on the Application.
"Automated Processing" refers to any robot, spider, written content analysis tool, data aggregator, or other automated tool, routine, or process that is used in the processing of data.

Terms and Conditions:

By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and if you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not use the platform, and we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, so you should review these terms and conditions on a regular basis, and we are under no obligation to contact you or notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of Capsjo shall constitute your express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. We welcome all of your feedback on any of the policies or rules we list below as part of our commitment to making Capsjo a platform you will want to use and benefit from.

User Obligations:

User acknowledges and agrees to browse the website and/or use the services on the platform in accordance with the terms and conditions and applicable legislation.

Therefore:

The user must be at least 18 years old.
The user must be of full legal age to enter into contracts and transact business.
The user affirms and guarantees that he has the authority and capacity required by law to use the platform in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The user agrees that any use of the Capsjo platform will be in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Except for the use of the platform's private account, the user agrees not to copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, or transmit in any way any of the materials provided by the platform.
The user agrees to follow the specific rules that apply to any promotion in which he participates in any way through the platform.
The service provider must follow the specific rules that apply to the events, advertisements, and services that are displayed on the Capsjo application. The company is not liable for any prior state approvals that the service provider is required to obtain, and the company bears no liability.
The user agrees not to do anything that would jeopardize the platform's operation or security, or cause irrational annoyance, abuse, or disrupt any other users.
The user is obligated not to do anything that would affect the platform's operation or security, or cause irrational annoyance, abuse, or disrupt any of the other users or our employees.
The user must not be a user who has previously benefited from the platform's services and has been banned or barred from using the platform.
The user must follow all applicable laws and regulations in Jordan's Hashemite Kingdom.
The user's use of the platform's services must not result in any harm, harassment, or inconvenience to anyone.
The user's use of the Platform's services must not be aimed at competition.
The user must comply with any notices made by Capsjo platform regarding the services it provides to ensure that no obstruction occurs to any of its operations.
The user must keep all contents and passwords in order to securely access his account.
The company reserves the right to refuse any service or use of the platform without giving reasons.
Service provider agree to publish the reviews from Capsjo App users without any previous approval from their side.
The user "of service providers subscribed to the Capsjo platform" is not permitted to cancel any service for which he confirmed his request on the Capsjo platform and for which payment was due. If the request is canceled, the user must pay the outstanding balance and then cancel the service via the cancellation link.

The user abstains from the following activities (whether done personally or through a third party):

Aggregate or combine information, content, or data contained in or accessible via the Capsjo Platform with information, materials, or data accessed via the Application using an automated process.
Using any automated process to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the Platform's proper operation.
Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, disassembling, or any other act of discovering source code or other arithmetic formulas or processors relating to the computer program used in the Platform's infrastructure and operations.
Make a public display of, or copy, reproduce, change, modify, and derive works from, any part of the platform's content, even if it is not intended to harm the Golden Company for Digital Services, the platform, or its users.

Remuneration:

The user acknowledges and agrees to indemnify us and/or any of our affiliates, as well as our and/or our affiliates' employees, directors, and employees, immediately and upon request, from all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from any breach or violation of these terms and conditions by the user, or other damages arising from his use of the site and the platform in violation of the terms and conditions or the law.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Capsjo Platform immediately if you violate the terms of these Terms or engage in unacceptable behavior that violates the Terms and Conditions or otherwise negatively affects other users or service providers.

Website and application accessibility:

Due to the fact that electronic services are occasionally interrupted, access to the Capsjo platform is only available as is and in its current state, and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limits or restrictions on the use of the site and application for all users, in addition to that for security or technical reasons, or for maintenance, legal or legislative purposes, or as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw access to the site and application.

Applicable Law:

These terms and conditions and the platform are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and in the event of a dispute, the competent courts in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall have jurisdiction.

The parties involved in the terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions apply only to the company and the user(s), and no other person is entitled to benefit from them. We reserve the right to perform any of our obligations and exercise any of our rights granted to us by the terms and conditions through a third party that we authorize by applying the terms and conditions to it.

Referral:

We reserve the right to assign or transfer any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other party, whether a third party is delegated to supervise and manage, or a partner is entered or the application is sold to a third party.

Privacy Policy

Regarding User Generated Content:

By submitting any Capsjo User Content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable license to:

You grant us a license to prosecute any real or legal person who violates your or our rights in this content by using the name you provided in connection with the content. You also acknowledge and agree that the content you provide to Capsjo is not confidential from the company or the staff with whom you deal through the platform, and you acknowledge all of our rights to provide the service to you through the platform and allow us to fully benefit from the rights granted to us in accordance with the requirements.

Obligations:

The company is not liable for any content that the user publishes or causes to be published on the Capsjo platform, whether directly or via a third-party website or application.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any statements, representations, or content provided by the User in any public forum, personal home page, or other interactive areas, and we are not obligated to monitor any content posted or distributed through the Platform, and the Company may remove or edit any content posted or distributed through the Platform. You have the right to refuse to publish any content published or stored by the platform at any time and without prior notice to the user, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies or replacing the content that you posted or saved on the platform, at your own expense.

User shall have no objection to us, its licensors, subsequent owners, or assigns posting, using, deleting, and utilizing the Content.

User shall have no objection to publish or review their products, and any services they provided to Capsjo users through (review page), and the company not responsible for any comment or content has been written by mobile app users.

The use of the Interactive Areas is solely the user's responsibility, both legally and criminally, and is done at the user's own risk. By using the Interactive Areas, the User agrees not to: directly or indirectly through a third-party website and application cause to be published on Capsjo any of the following: publish, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or publish in any way Forms; or cause to be published on Capsjo any of the following:

Illegal content, defamatory, slanderous, or insulting to any religious, ethnic, or professional group, or publishing or republishing obscene, pornographic, obscene, or obscene content, or any content containing suggestions, harassment, threats, or a violation of privacy rights creating discord among users.
Any criminal offense, violation of any party's rights, or violation of any local, national, or international laws, international regulations, and instructions, or cybercrime law and international treaties in this regard.
Content that you do not personally own unless you have the express permission of the owner.
Content that may infringe on any of the service providers' patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyright, moral rights, or other intellectual or proprietary rights.
Content that impersonates any real or legal person, including the Golden Company for Digital Services, or causes a false claim of affiliation with that real or legal person, whether the intent is to harm the company or not.
Political campaigns, unsolicited promotional materials
Information from third parties, such as last name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and credit card numbers.
The spread of viruses, data, and other files that cause harm, malfunction, or destruction.

If you use the interactive areas or other pages of the Capsjo platform in violation of the terms and conditions set out in the terms, conditions, and laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, your rights to use the interactive areas and/or the Capsjo platform will be terminated or suspended as a guarantee of cooperation with legitimate government requests, subpoenas, and court orders. To protect other users and our systems, we may access or disclose any information we believe is required to carry out governmental or judicial rulings and decisions. We reserve the right to disclose any such information, including your username, email address, IP address, traffic data, usage history, and content you submit to Capsjo, prior to our compliance with the Privacy Policy's guidelines.

If a user has a complaint about content that another user published, uploaded, broadcast, distributed, saved, or found on the platform directly or through a third party website and application, you agree to file the complaint or claim against that user, not against us.

Third-Party Websites:

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the content of any third-party website that you access via the Capsjo platform.
In accordance with applicable laws, which cannot be excluded, the company does not endorse and may not be held liable for any content, advertisement, product, or service found or made available on third-party websites

Intellectual property:

We or our licensors own all copyright and other intellectual property rights in all materials and content provided as part of the Capsjo Platform at all times.
The user may use this material or content only as authorized by us and in accordance with the terms and conditions.
If the user becomes aware of any distribution or commercial exploitation of any kind, he agrees to immediately notify the company.

Accountability for the data provided by the Capsjo platform:

The Company and each of its directors, employees, agents, or contractors shall have no liability to users for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or costs, including legal fees, payment fees, or costs, subject to the responsibilities established by law and which cannot be excluded. Settlement in any way or form, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of a default by the user of the "service provider" on the platform, such as failing to meet deadlines or failing to provide the service properly to application users, and we are committed to striving for information the Platform with all due care, except as required by law.

The Company is also not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the user "beneficiaries of the services" as a result of the failure of the user of the "service provider" to provide the Capsjo platform in the required manner.

Privacy:

The company values your privacy and security, and some data is collected for use by the Capsjo platform in order to provide online services, and Capsjo will record and monitor your use of the platform, including the use of short text files (cookies) and other monitoring tools and devices, in addition to the platform's services.

The use of this data is also subject to the terms of our privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions, and you must refrain from using the platform if you do not accept the terms in the privacy policy.

We also acknowledge our commitment to all privacy protection legislation in accordance with current international legislation and treaties in relation to any personal information about you and/or the service provider in general that we obtained as a result of your use of the Platform or that we collected and that you may be required to enter the information yourself. We also commit on various Platform pages not to use this information for any purpose other than those listed in the Privacy Policy.

Terms of services and payment

Costs of Service:

The company shows all prices on the Capsjo platform for each service, and the prices for each service depend on the nature of the situation or the time of need for it, and the company may update the prices at any time and it must be constantly informed.
If the user's electronic wallet does not have enough balance, the service applicant (the service provider) must pay the value of the service to the company via electronic payment, and the service is not provided before that.
The user selects the required service via the platform and selects the payment method (monthly, quarterly, annually, or one time), all based on the price displayed on the platform.

Payments and Subscriptions:

The user pays electronically through the platform, where he enters his credit card and then confirms the request, and the company reserves the right to add any other financial payment method for subscriptions of any kind as it sees fit.

Subscriptions and online payments:

One-time: the user pays the amount due for the service only once, after which no money is withdrawn from the card without the user's permission (the service provider).
Monthly subscription: the user inserts his credit card to pay the amount due for the first month of the subscription, and after the first month is completed, the subscription value for the second month is automatically withdrawn without notification or confirmation from the service provider. There are no outstanding bills for the service.
Quarterly subscription (every 3 months): The user enters his credit card to pay the amount due for the first quarter of the subscription, and after the first quarter is completed, the subscription value for the second quarter is automatically withdrawn without the need for notification or confirmation of the request from the service provider, and in the event that the subscription is canceled, the subscription is automatically withdrawn. There are no bills from the service provider if you subscribe.
Annual subscription: the user inserts his credit card to pay the amount due for the subscription's first year, and after the first year is completed, the subscription value for the second year is automatically withdrawn without the need for notification or confirmation of the request from the service provider, and if the subscription is canceled, the service provider does not No bills due.

Any services will be activated after successful payment and data review and approval.

Cancellation of Services:

The user can cancel the service / subscription through the link in the account (the service provider file), and if the user does not cancel, the subscription is still active (active) and bills will be issued, and the subscription will be automatically withdrawn from the credit card without the user's knowledge.

Refund:

It is not possible to recover or refund any amounts owed that were paid through the platform after the request was confirmed.
Any amounts paid in error through the platform cannot be refund.
